Magnolia Bakery, New York

Finally! This is, so far, the best cupcake place in NYC! I went here with my aunt, who is visiting from Indonesia - hence the trip to Magnolia.
When I came in, I noticed that they served several cupcake-sized cheesecakes, which looked better than the normal cupcakes, so my aunt and I had those instead. I had the Red Velvet Cheesecake, while my aunt had the Cinnamon Crumb Cake.

The Red Velvet Cheesecake was really nice! But I do especially like the oreo crumbs on the bottom and the creamy cream and chocolate bits on top better than the actual cheesecake. The cake part of the cake (lol) is really gooey, which is in a good way, but the taste itself is kind of odd. I would order this again in the future, but I’d rather try something else.

The Cinnamon Crumb Cake was extraordinarily delicious! I’m sad that I only had a bite. I recall that it was a little cheesy, cinnamon-y (obviously), and nutty.
I’ll definitely post some more foodpr0n pics of the cupcakes from Magnolia if ever I come back (FAT FAT CHANCE!), so visit Tasteritos as much as possible!
