My tour guide told me that you’re officially in Lancaster after you try out Scrapple. I did try Scrapple. And so I can officially say that I have been to Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Tee hee :D
Scrapple is basically pig carcass. I am not kidding you. I swear. But it’s good. I swear (again).

I love this so much that I actually had 2 of these every morning for 4 days straight! And FYI, I stayed in Lancaster for 4 days.
So the pig carcass is basically cut into rectangles, fried and then traditionally served with maple syrup - that’s the gold-watery stuff. Some people like to have it with tomato ketchup, but I love mixing savory and sweet food, so I prefer the traditional way.
I know… I know… PIG CARCASS! But seriously, you guys should really try this one out. It’s really delicious. I mean, a lot of people from different parts of the world eat frogs, fried (and/or live) insects, and other stuff that might seem disgusting. But if you just suck it up and try it out, you might actually like it :)
